This inspiring session addressed overcoming workplace self-doubt, offering Asian women practical tools to build confidence and resilience. Led by Microsoft’s Head of Data and AI, Elsie Nallipogu, the event provided valuable insights, leaving attendees empowered to thrive in their careers.

The session highlighted an essential realization: overcoming self-doubt in the workplace is not only about personal confidence—it involves embracing support systems and trusting the belief others have in us.

Hosted at Microsoft by Rise2gether, Women Rising Together featured Microsoft’s Head of Data and AI, Elsie Nallipogu, who shared her journey and insights on career growth.
